It is not likely that Gorsuch hire people with felonies. Gorsuch is not one of the employers that signed the Fair Chance Business Pledge. None of Gorsuch jobs mention that they accept applications from ex-offenders. Some job postings from Gorsuch mentioned background check requirement.
